With both parents murdered and his beloved sister, Aya, in comatose, Ran embarked onto
a quest for revenge against the man who has robbed him of his family and happiness.
Ran is an assassin, a man who has forsaken his smile.
He will do anything for money, knowing enough not to ask questions, and in return, does
not expect to be questioned about his motives or his past although
sometimes the situation cannot be avoided. He shows a cool facade to the world, and
refuses to open his heart to others because he genuinely believes that a man who takes the
lives of others is not worthy of love.
After searching alone and in vain for two years, he joins Weiß, where he changed his name
to Aya, so that he will never forget his self-given mission and can finally avenge his
family, and ,hopefully, find happiness once more.
