Very tall and thin. Wears kimono’s and lipstick (unless his lips are naturally dark red/purple) and has very long nails that
are most often painted.

Count D runs the pet shop in Chinatown, which sells exotic and sometimes magical pets. But there are three terms that every owner must, and
usually doesn’t agree too. He has a little bat/rabbit type creature thing, named Q-chan as a pet. He is very smooth and elegant in everything he does
never batting an eyelash when the subject of death and his pets is concerned. But sweets are a very large weakness. Makes one wonder who he
remains so thin when in every other scene he is eating something very fattening.
