Free description Fuma starts off as loving and caring older brother, even if he doesn have the tendency to be quiet and hide his feelings. He and Kotori were childhood friends with Kamui, who had to leave Tokyo with his mother. They made a promise before he left, that Kamui would always protect Kotori from harm and that Fuma would then in turn protect Kamui. Later on, this came to include Kamui protecting Fuma also. Anywayz, when Kamui returns after about 10 years, Fuma starts behaving strangely towards Kamui. It turns out that Kamui is destined to decide the fate of the earth as a Dragon of Earth or a Dragon of Heaven. He chooses Heaven, in order to save Fuma and Kotori from destruction. Fuma is then fated to fill the role opposite him, becoming the "evil" Kamui of the Dragons of the Earth. In the anime, not much of Fumaīs gradual change is really shown but in the manga thereīs many hints along the way to show what Fuma eventually becomes. He loves tormenting Kamui in a way thatīs almost more than friendship, and he has deeper relations with some Dragons of Earth, especially Kakyo and Nataku. He becomes the perfect opposite of what he once was, forgetting the deep bonds he once shared with Kotori and Kamui. Eventually, he is driven to such madness that he kills the Dragons of Heaven and faces Kamui in a losing battle.
