Possibly one of the biggest flirts in anime. He hangs all over every guy and girl he can possibly get his hands on, no matter who they are. (He flirts with Carrot... Come on... You can't GET any worse than that... *runs away from rabid Carrot fans*)
Even when he got to the Garden for a 'visit', Milphey kept up his flirting. UNTIL he met a certain someone and fell head over heels in love. Milphey's a Haz Knight, which also makes him a powerful warrior. Not to mention he looks good in his uniform. ^_~
